Worcester Lent Assizes on the 5th March 1785.
CRIME AND SENTENCE:
That Olivia Gascoyne late of the parish of Severn Stoke in the Conty of Worcester, spinster, on the 10th day of August, with force and arms in the Parish of foresaid, 13 pieces of gold coin of the proper coin of the realm called guineas of the value of 131 pounds and 13 shillings, one piece of foreign silver coin called a dollar of the value of 4s 6d of the goods and chattels and money's of edward Griffiths in the dwelling house of George Griffiths then and there being found feloniously did steal, take and carry away.

OCCUPATION: was in service.

NATHANIEL LUCAS: Transported on the "SCARBOROUGH"
PLACE AND DATE OF TRIAL:
Tried by London jury before MR. Justice Hall in the OLD BAILEY at the sessions, which began on Wednesday, 7th July 1784
CRIME AND SENTENCE:
Was indicted for feloniously stealing on the 6th July, one cotton apron value 4 shillings, one towel value 2d, 6 muslin aprons value 12 shillings, 9 muslin handkerchiefs value 18 shillings, 3 muslin caps value 3 shillings, a muslin shawl value 5 shillings, the property of Mary Davis, spinster.
"GUILTY TRANSPORTED FOR SEVEN YEARS".
OCCUPATION: Carpenter and Joiner.
